π Noah's Ark
God saves Noah and his family from the flood, a story of judgment and mercy.
βΉοΈ Story Information
π Key Verse
"Genesis 7:1 - The LORD then said to Noah, 'Go into the ark, you and your whole family, because I have found you righteous in this generation.'"
π Story Background
The story of Noah's Ark takes place in a time when the earth had become corrupt and filled with violence. God saw that every inclination of the human heart was evil from childhood, and He was grieved that He had made man. However, Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD because he was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God. God decided to bring judgment on the earth through a flood but promised to save Noah and his family. This story demonstrates God's justice in judging sin, His mercy in preserving the righteous, and His faithfulness in keeping His promises. It also shows how faith and obedience can save us from judgment and how God provides a way of escape even in the most difficult circumstances.

Teach us to bring our best offerings to You with a spirit of worship and gratitude.
Guard our hearts against jealousy and anger, and help us to rule over sin when it crouches at our door.
Remind us that we are indeed our brother's keeper, called to love and care for one another.
